Until February 28, 2019, the cost of registration will be 80 euros; aftter that date, the cost will be 100 euros.
The Selection Committee will review proposals and communicate their decision about acceptance by email January 30, 2019.
Presentations should not exceed 20 minutes, including those given by two speakers.
Non-presenting participants who need a Certificate of Attendance: 20€.
For the general public, with no need for a Certificate of Attendance, admittance is free.
Conference materials and the Certificate of Participation are included in the registration costs.
Participants are responsible for their preparation and the complete costs of travel, lodging, and food.
Non-European participants can make their payment on site by sending a digitalized copy of their airplane ticket by March 15, 2019.
